Steve's leadership experience includes serving as Broker on Site for a Real Trends Top 150 franchise, where he led the number one closed-units team in all of Southeast Florida from Vero Beach to Miami. In 2020, Steve co-founded Baron Real Estate, a community-centric brokerage that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences.
