About Jonathan

I grew up in Connecticut and have called the Treasure Coast home since 1988. That is not a talking point. It means I have watched St. Lucie County grow from the ground up. I know which communities were built to last and which ones were built to sell, and I understand this market in a way that takes decades, not a license, to develop.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in banking and finance. That background still shows up every day. When a client asks whether a particular neighborhood will hold its value, which builder upgrades actually appraise, or whether now is the right time to sell, I give them a real answer grounded in how money actually works, not what sounds reassuring.

Since 2022, I have helped multiple families buy and sell homes across St. Lucie County, working both sides of the market in resale and new construction. I hold four professional designations, SRS, PSA, SFR, and RENE, and I am licensed with LYNQ Real Estate. My work spans master-planned communities like Tradition, non-HOA neighborhoods, and business-planned communities throughout the county. I have active relationships with builders including Lennar, GL Homes, and Meritage Homes, and with contacts inside several local HOA communities who call me when a homeowner needs to buy or sell.

Most of the people I work with found me through someone they trust. The rest found me the old-fashioned way.

The feedback I hear most often is that I am not what people expected from a Realtor. One client said I changed their heart toward Realtors entirely. Another said I was not pushy once during the whole experience. A third said they did not just find the right home, they gained a lifelong friend.

I work with sellers who want an honest read on what their home is worth and a clear plan to get it sold. I work with buyers who want someone who knows St. Lucie County and will tell them the truth before they sign anything. And I work with the people in between who just want an agent they can actually trust.
